Charger Scholarship Program for Prospective 9th Grade Applicants

Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity for prospective 9th grade students applying for admission for the fall of 2015.

Charger Scholarships

Charger Scholarships are $5,000 grants awarded to those incoming 9th graders who exhibit strength in character, leadership aptitude, a commitment to learning, and a demonstrated desire to reach their individual potentials as students and community members. Recipients will express a genuine enthusiasm for joining a diverse, inclusive, and energetic community of learners at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School.

What it Means to be a Charger Scholar at CH-CH

Recipients of the Charger Scholarship will be awarded the $5,000 grant each year for four years as a CH-CH student. While recipients do not need to reapply for the Scholarship each year, it is our expectation that during their time at CH-CH, recipients will make positive contributions and serve as models for their peers in all areas of the school: academics, student life, and co-curricular activities.

We Teach The Way Students Learn

Chapel Hill - Chauncy Hall is a small, coeducational college preparatory school for students in grades 9-PG that is dedicated to teaching the way students learn. The rigorous curriculum challenges our students while our multiple intelligences approach to teaching and learning both values and supports the different ways students learn. A dynamic mix of day and boarding students energizes our campus and creates opportunities for students to engage with each other in the arts, athletics, campus activities and community service. All our students go on to a college or university that best fits their ambitions and interests. Our private, independent school is located ten miles from Boston
