Dear CH-CH Families,
Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year Online Registration Forms
. All families, returning and new, must complete these forms. Collecting this information is critical for school records; we ask that you take great care to ensure both accuracy and completion. Completing these online forms will enable the student registration process in September to be quick and seamless.
In addition to the online forms, reference information is available to parents on the lower right of this webpage. This reference section will be a valuable resource to you and will be updated throughout the summer.
Providing accurate parents and student information is also important because Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall uses an emergency notification system that allows us to send a telephone message to you providing important information about emergencies or unexpected events. We will not use this system to notify you of school closings or delays (these would be posted on our school's website), but we will activate the system in the event that CH-CH is closing early due to a weather related event.
