Mia C. (she/her/hers)

Cavalry Leader

Hometown: Weston, MA

Co-curriculars and Clubs at CH-CH: Soccer, Basketball, and Lacrosse. This year I am a leader in the Admissions ambassador program called Cavalry.
Fun Facts About Me: I used to ride horses and compete. I want to study early childhood education in college and to become a teacher.

Why I Chose CH-CH: I chose to go to CH-CH because of the community feel on campus. When I first toured, I was surprised by how many people I saw hanging out with each other and having a good time. I also chose to come to CH-CH because of the amazing teachers, the amount of support and kindness that the teachers here give to all their students is nothing compared to what I saw when I was looking at other high schools. Having a connection with my teachers is something that I was looking for when applying to schools. Another reason why I chose CH-CH is the sports. I really liked that the goal of co-curriculars is not only to participate in athletics and activities but to have a chance to make even more friends and make connections with other students who are not in your grade. I wanted to be on a team to have fun, not feeling that it would be too competitive.
