…invite a non-CH-CH student to dances or Prom? For dances that are open to non-students, CH-CH issues permission slips that need to be signed by an administrator at the guest’s school. The organizer of the dance distributes these.
…have a boarding student visit for the weekend? The host family must write an email to Stephanie Daniels (firstname.lastname@example.org) inviting the boarding student. The boarder contacts his/her parents and has them contact Stephanie Daniels via email with permission.
…secure a work permit for my son or daughter? As a private, independent school, CH-CH does not issue work permits. Families need to visit the superintendent’s office for their local public school district to secure paperwork and signatures.
…participate in weekend activities? Announcements are made during school assemblies and an email is sent to students and parents at the beginning of the week. Sign-up sheets are located in Harrington Hall. Students can contact Ms. O’Brien during the week until Friday at 4:30 p.m. After 4:30 p.m, contact the M.O.D. (Master on Duty). Weekend activities may change depending on student participation. Day students are welcome to participate in all weekend activities.
