Parent/Guardian Association

Parent Partnership

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall Parent & Guardian Association (PGA). We hope that you will find that being involved in the PGA is a great way to connect with other parents/guardians and support our school community.

The PGA has four main purposes:

  • Facilitate communication among families, faculty and staff
  • Promote a positive image of the school both within and outside of the school community
  • Encourage parent/guardian participation in the life of the school
  • Support fundraising efforts
Fundraising proceeds support various PGA sponsored social and informational events

PGA Leadership meet frequently throughout the academic year to plan and coordinate activities that enrich our school community. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to attend monthly meetings or volunteer as their schedules permit. We understand how busy everyone is and work hard to accommodate the scheduling needs of our families.

Meetings are held in the Conrad Room in East Hall unless otherwise noted.

Stay connected with upcoming PGA events by visiting the PGA News and Resources Page.

For more information on how you can get involved, contact Suzanne Loonie at sloonie@chch.org.

Warmly,

Steve Yakutis, P'19, PGA Chair
