Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, an independent college preparatory school located in Waltham, MA, seeks a Communication Manager. The Communications Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications, plays a pivotal role in advancing the school's internal marketing efforts, communication strategies, and event promotions across Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall Upper School, Middle School, and Running Brook Camps.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement internal marketing and communication plans

Support the promotion of school events, initiatives, and achievements through various communication channels

Create engaging written content for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to newsletters, social media, and website

Utilize graphic design and photography skills to enhance visual communication materials

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse groups

Strong writing proficiency and organizational skills are essential

Previous experience in graphic design and photography with examples of work

Previous experience in marketing and/or communications preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field required
