Boys Lacrosse Wins MBIL Championship

On May 12, the Boys Lacrosse team won the Massachusetts Bay Independent League Championship for the second consecutive year. It was a historic season for the team. With many of last year's MBIL championship squad returning, the team was primed for another league run. The defense picked up where it left off last year, giving up under five goals per game. The offense, led by reigning 2022 MBIL MVP Jaylin J. '25, picked up the scoring.

The team defeated league rival Waring 7-2 to finish the 2023 season undefeated in the league for the first time in program history. The Chargers finished 12-4 overall on the season. Coach MacPhail notes, “It was an amazing year and the boys worked hard every step of the way. I’m tremendously proud of their effort and the results they achieved from it.”

Congratulations, and GO CHARGERS!
