Chargers score 5 unanswered points in the 2nd half to beat Gann 6-3

The Chargers were down 3-1 at half but with the offensive efforts lead by Clea Edelman (3 goals), they were able to come back from the to beat Gann in a cross town thriller. 


Goalie Izzy Hazard had 5 saves and Lily Antunez lead the young defensive unit of Leena Akram-Boshar '21 and Caroline Burke '21 that helped shutout Gann in the second half. 

Callie Dayno had an outstanding game on both sides of the ball while recording one goal. Leah Kostick and Izzy Yellin each had one goal. 

The Chargers improve to 6-2 on the season and will be traveling to Boston Trinity Academy on Wednesday, May 3rd.
