Girls Varsity Basketball Begins Season with Nail Biter Against Waring School

Colin Meiselman
The Girls Varsity Basketball team opened up their season with an away game at Waring School. It was back and forth with multiple lead changes, but Waring eeked out a win 22-20. Even though the Chargers didn't win this game there are many reasons to be excited about the games ahead. The scoring was spread around with Genesis Crewe adding 6 points, older sister Jazmine Crewe dropping 5 points, and senior captain Huan Boches scoring 5. The Chargers next face the Cambridge School of Weston in their first game in the Charger Classic on Friday, December 12th at 7pm.
