Cooking in Spanish Class!
In Ms. Ibave's Spanish class, students learned how to prepare tostones and crispy twice-fried green plantains. They also made mangonadas, a popular Mexican frozen treat featuring mango smoothies layered with chamoy, lime juice, and Tajín. It was a fun, flavorful way to explore Latin American culinary traditions and practice Spanish in the kitchen!
