Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, an independent day and boarding school located in Waltham, MA, seeks a Director of Marketing and Communications. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management, the Director will lead the school's internal and external marketing and communications.
The Director of Marketing and Communications serves as our chief storyteller, ensuring that the School's unique mission and value proposition are articulated consistently to all internal and external constituencies. The Director is an integral operational leader, responsible for developing, executing, and implementing a comprehensive branding, marketing and communications strategy across all domains of CH-CH to drive enrollment, increase philanthropic support, and strengthen community engagement.
It is the responsibility of this individual to communicate the message of the School locally, nationally, internationally and within the CH-CH community.
Candidates must have strong digital, writing, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Experience with desktop publishing, the production of print material, electronic newsletters, press releases, reporting on school events, and digital photography is required.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least five years' prior experience in marketing and communications, successful performance in a supervisory role, as well as school experience, is required.
