Fall Conference Day (no classes)
We are excited to have parents and guardians join us on October 11th for Teacher Conferences. To sign up for a meeting, log in at the website chapelhill.schoolsoft.ca; sign ups will begin on September 27th. If you are new to the system, you will need to register by clicking the “Register Now” button and filling in the information on the next page. Once you are logged in, select from the list the times that work best for you.
A few matters to consider:
- When scheduling your times, be sure to allow for travel time from one classroom to the next (you may want to build in a ten-minute buffer to get to your next conference).
- Please reserve only one time slot per student for each teacher.
- On the day of conferences, park in the Commons Lot (off of Lexington Street), and proceed to the Commons to pick up your packet with schedule.
