The Chargers lose a tough one to a good LCA team.

Bret Thibault
Going into the game, the Chargers knew they were facing a formidable opponent based on LCA's record. For the first minute on, it was obvious that the record did not lie. LCA played a swarming defense, using two and three people each to shut down the Charger forwards. The Charger defense, lead by Kyong Tae Bae, K. Nah, Sam Melanson and Erskine Hines, were able to return the favor to LCA for most of the game. in the end, LCA scored a goal off a set play, and another as we pushed forward to try to equalize. LCA played a very organized, we designed game, and the Charger were not able to counter, despite a strong effort. Thankfully, we will see them again, and we look forward to the rematch!
