Huntington Alum Appears on Oprah

Jerry Cibley, a member of the Huntington School for Boys Class of 1974, appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show on January 18, 2010. In Boston it was broadcast on WCVB-TV Channel 5.

Oprah dedicated an entire show to the dangers of distracted driving, and she featured a piece about Mr. Cibley’s Son, Jordan Cibley. Jordan was killed on May 13, 2007 while talking to his father on his cell phone. Mr. Cibley has become a vocal advocate of safe driving legislation and has appeared on numerous talk shows on WBZ and WTTK.
