“I believe in each student having their own form or type of intelligence. Finding ways of working with different types of intelligences and personalities in language learning makes for meaningful curriculum development and lesson planning.”

What is your teaching philosophy?
You have to put students first. It’s been my thing since I began teaching. In order to do that, you need to be able to get to know your students. I worked at both a public and private school before CH-CH and it was impossible to get to know my students with 20-30 kids in my class. Teaching in the environment where I didn’t know who my students were, felt like all the work I was putting in wasn’t making a difference in a meaningful way.

How are the class sizes at CH-CH?
At CH-CH, the class sizes are perfect. I really can spend the time to get to know each of my students, their strengths, and their needs. I feel like I can teach the individual here.
