Beaver Dams Softball Sisters' Winning Ways

The CH-CH girls drove in 6 runs against Beaver Country Day Friday – but BCDS drove in 15, sadly in the same game.  Once Tanya Dymski found her groove, she mowed batters down w/ strikeouts in every  inning.  Sarah McGowan reached base twice and assisted in put outs at first while continuing to pinch-hit as our manager.  While this double duty cost us an out at one point, Emma Mugewa was also a rock of poise at the plate in the face of this, and Neandra Paulerva  touched them all due to a base-clearing double by Page Allen. Paulette Schmidt continued to turn in sound leather in CF, but some base-clearing hits early by Beaver put things out of reach. Next: Brimmer & May there on WED.
