Golf Wins Again!
The Chargers beat Brimmer and May on Wednesday by a score of 2 to 1. The win raised our season record to 2-1-1, which represents the first time the team has posted a winning record this millennium. Our reliable number one Max Allen did what he always does - he won, posting a 4 and 3 victory against his opponent. The big news is that number three Brendan Connolly earned his first win of the season with a 3 and 1 win on the eighth hole as darkness fell. This means that five team members have earned wins this year, which is also a high for this young millennium. We will look forward to a final rematch against Brimmer next week at Leo J Martin.
