Xavier H.

Middle School: Burlington Public

College: Pace University

Major: I plan to study Business Management. When I was applying to colleges, I knew I wanted to start my own business someday.

Co-curriculars at CH-CH: Lacrosse, Wrestling, Soccer, Drama. I received an athletic scholarship to play Lacrosse for Pace, so that would have to be my favorite co-curricular, Mr. MacPhail was an inspiring coach.

Favorite CH-CH Memory: I have many favorite moments at CH-CH. For one, winning the Massachusetts Bay Independent League Lacrosse Championship in 2018, it was a great way to end my high school athletic career before playing in college. Also, making high honor roll, an academic accomplishment I don’t believe I would have been able to achieve if I had stayed in public school. Having the opportunity to MC Winter Carnival was also pretty cool!

Favorite thing to do on Campus: I loved dorm bonding events, especially when we made cupcakes with Ms. Leonelli. Living on campus really prepared me for college. Also participating in the annual Science Fair on campus; I made a hoverboard last year for it in my advanced physics class.

Advice to Students: Utilize CH-CH’s resources! The school has so much to offer, like office hours and study halls. Take advantage of these things, it’ll help you not only prepare for college but succeed in any academic setting.
